RESULTS OF THE NOVEMBER 17, 2007 ELECTIONS

On November 17, 2007 the Glastonbury Landowners voted (via absentee ballots, proxy and in person) to elect seven new Directors to join the Glastonbury Board of Directors. The voting results were counted and recorded lawfully and in accordance with the Bylaws and Restated Declaration of Covenants of the Glastonbury Landowners Association, 1997.

We greatly appreciate all who ran for office (whether elected or not elected) and your willingness to serve on the Board.

Board of Directors

North Glastonbury Landowners elected the following three individuals to serve 2-year Director terms and one to serve a 1-year term:

William Smith
Paul Ranttalo
Charlotte Mizzi
Gerald Dubiel

South Glastonbury Landowners elected the following individuals to serve two-year Director terms:

Richard Bolen
Dan Kehoe, Jr.
Randy Mosness

The above Directors will join Directors Laura Boise, Charlene Murphy, Janet Naclerio, Alyssa Angelis Allen and Rich Spallone, who are completing the second year of their 2-year terms.

On November 17th, the Landowners also elected Penelope Price (North Glastonbury) and Jeanne Campbell, South Glastonbury, to serve as Ombudsmen.
