RESULTS OF THE NOVEMBER 8, 2008 ELECTIONS

On November 8, 2008 the Glastonbury Landowners voted (via absentee ballots, proxy and in person) to elect six new Directors to join the Glastonbury Board of Directors. The voting results were counted and recorded lawfully and in accordance with the Bylaws and Restated Declaration of Covenants of the Glastonbury Landowners Association, 1997.

We greatly appreciate all who ran for office (whether elected or not elected) and your willingness to serve on the Board.

Board of Directors

North Glastonbury Landowners elected the following three individuals to serve 2-year Director terms:

Janet Naclerio
Sherry Stenberg
Gerald Dubiel

South Glastonbury Landowners re-elected the following individuals to serve two-year Director terms:

Alyssa Angelis
Laura Boise
Rich Spallone

The above Directors will join North Glastonbury Directors William Smith, Paul Rantallo, and Charlotte Mitzi and South Glastonbury Directors Rich Bolen, Daniel Kehoe and Frances Owen who will be serving the second year of their 2-year terms.

The Landowners also elected Penelope Price (North Glastonbury) and Jeanne Campbell, South Glastonbury, to continue serving in the roles of Ombudsmen.
